  • If you have 60-64 kg you should drink 2 liters water daily
  • If you have 65-69 kg you should drink 2,1 liters water daily
  • If you have 70-74 kg you should drink 2,3 liters water daily
  • If you have 75-79 kg you should drink 2,5 liters water daily
  • If you have 80-84 kg you should drink 2,6 liters water daily
  • If you have 85-89 kg you should drink 2,8 liters water daily
  • If you have 90-94 kg you should drink 3 liters water daily
  • If you have 95-99 kg you should drink 3,2 liters of water per day
  • If you have  100-104 kg you should drink 3,3 liters water daily
  • If you have  105-109 kg you should drink 3,4 liters of water per day
  • If you have  110-144 kg you should drink 3,6 liters of water per day
  • If you have  115 or more kg you should drink 3,5 liters of water per day

 

Also before each meal drink 2 cups per 2,5 dl. If you eat 3 times a day, thus you will get 1,5 liters of water. In the morning when you wake up and at night before going to bed drink two large glasses of water and thus you will enter another liter of water.
