During the fifth day beside the soup you can eat 200 grams of boiled beef, tomatoes and water.

Day 6

Sixth day soup but only once, 200 grams of boiled beef, leafy vegetables and water.

Day 7

Seventh day you can eat soup, vegetables, one banana, fruits and water.
