Chia seeds are the richest sources of omega-3 fatty acids, containing more than salmon. When they are mixed with liquid, rise a lot and become like pudding, but with much more nutritional benefits. If you add cherries into the mix will improve the taste and also, you’ll get big amount of antioxidants, vitamin C, fibres and potassium.


For the pudding :
  • Two cups skin milk
  • One cup cherries ( without bones)
  • ½ Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspon Stevia
  • ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ Cup Chia seeds
For the cream :
  • Two fuzzified egg whites
  • ¼ Cup cherries ( without bones)
  • Two tablespoons cold water
  • ¼ Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 Teaspoon stevia


Put the milk, cherries, cinnamon, Stevia and Vanila extract together in a blender and mix until mixture is smooth. After that, put the mixture over chia seeds and mix thoroughly. Cover and leave in the fridge at least 3 hours.

To make the cream, put all the ingredients in a blender  and mix until mixture is smooth.

Before serving, divide it into 4 cups, cover it with cream and decorate it with cherries.
