3 DAY MILITARY DIET PLAN TO LOSE WEIGHT

The 3 day military diet plan, as the name speak itself implies a very strict diet and is very important to stick to the prescribed- from meals to products, otherwise you wont get the desired results. But before you start any diet it is best to consult your doctor. This diet is based on the principle o chemical decomposition, so any of the products cant be replaced it with another because can occur everything to fail. Spices allowed are only salt and pepper. Every day eat at the same time whether you are hungry or not.  After 3 days of this diet you should be 4 days at least on normal diet and can be repeated. With this diet plan exercise is recommended.

3 Day military diet plan

Day 1

Breakfast

½ grapefruit toast with two teaspoons of peanut butter, coffee or tea

Lunch

½ Can of tuna, toast and tea or coffee

Dinner

80 grams of any lean meat or chicken, cup of peas, half a banana, small apple

Day 2

Breakfast

One egg, toast and half banana

Lunch

Hard boiled egg, 30 grams of cottage cheese and five salty crackers

Dinner

Two hotdogs without bread, broccoli, two carrots and half banana

Day 3

Breakfast

Coffee or tea, five salty crackers, 30 grams of cheese and small apple

Lunch

Hard boiled egg and toast

Dinner

Can of tuna, half banana and one vanilla ice cream

You can drink water as much as you can and if you strictly stick to the plan you can lose up to 4 kg.
