A very quick and easy to make tuna pate recipe. You will need only four ingrediends to get a very delicious and protein rich pate. Can be used as an appetizer, spreaded on crackers or on a hot toast.
- Four boiled eggs
- One canned tuna
- Two tablespoons of mustard
- One tablespoon of lemon juice
- Two small chille peppers ( optional )
First finely chop the eggs, drain the oil from tuna and put them in a blender. You can add small two chilli peppers if you want. Then, add two tablespoons of mustard and one tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix them until the mixture becomes pate.
