Diet plan with apples

Apples contain many useful substances, that are making digestion easier and prevent accumulation of fat in the liver. Apples contain vitamins A, B, C and organic acids such as malice, citrus, formic and carbonic. They also contain pectin, which affects on the reduction of calories and the negative impact of carbohydrates. Pectin also regulates the intestinal flora. Based on these properties of apples, there is a diet where you can lose weight in short time. During the diet you, should avoid sugar and also salt. Allowed drinks are water and also herbal teas.

 

 Diet plan :
Day 1

Breakfast : 3 small or 2 big apple mix with lemon juice. You can take 1 hand of nuts.

Lunch : Salad with apples, onions and parsley.  Cut 3 big apples into large pieces and then add 20 grams finely chopped parsley and 30 grams of onion. You can grate also one egg.

Dinner : 3 apples

Day 2

Breakfast : 1 cup cooked rice without salt and 3 apples

Lunch : Apples and rice

Peel the apples and then cut them into pieces. Add lemon juice. The rice is boiling separately. Then smash them together to get a bowl of porridge.

Dinner : Rice without salt

Day 3

Breakfast : 2 apples and low fat cottage cheese

Lunch : Peel the apples and then cut them into small pieces and add lemon juice. Mix the low fat cottage cheese with 2 teaspoons of honey and a few nuts and add the apples.

Dinner : 50 grams of low fat cottage cheese

Day 4

Breakfast : 2 large carrots and 1 large apple

Lunch : Salad of carrots and apples

Dinner : 2 fried apples and 1 teaspoon of honey

Day 5

Breakfast : 1 boiled carrot and boiled beet

Lunch : 1 boiled egg and boiled beet

Smash them together to get a bowl of porridge.

Dinner : Unlimited amount of carrots and also you can add honey

Day 6

Breakfast : 3 small or 2 big apple mix with lemon juice. You can take also 1 hand of nuts.

During the diet if at any point you feel hungry, you can increase the amount of apples.

With this diet plan you can lose 5 kg in 7 days.
