ANTI CELLULITE DIET MENU PLAN

No alcohol, sweets and fried foods.

Drink more water and green tea. Coffee should be limited to one per day.

Breakfast :

Menus :

1 : 150 gr chicken breast

2 : 150 gr turkey breast

3 : 200 gr any fish

 

Snack :

1 apple or 1 orange

 

Dinner :

Boiled cabbage with onions or garlic without fat, omelette 2 eggs, 2 bananas or fruit salad of apples or oranges with honey or raisins. You can add low-fat yogurt if you want.

 

Last meal :

a cup of yogurt or sour milk and 1 apple or 1 orange.
