15 day diet plan

Day 1

Breakfast

  • Fruit ( orange, pear, peach, melon, watermelon, banana and grapes are not allowed)
  • One slice of Rusk
  • A cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch

  • orange
  • One boiled egg
  • a glass of  yogurt

Dinner

  • Two potatoes
  • Two boiled eggs
  • One cucumber or green salad
  • Two slices of rusks

 

Day 2

Breakfast

  • Fruit ( orange, pear, peach, melon, watermelon, banana and grapes are not allowed)
  • Slice of Rusk
  • A cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Lunch

  • One orange
  • One boiled egg
  • One yogurt

Dinner

  • 125 gr of cooked  veal
  • One tomato
  • One orange
  • One slice of rusk
  • A cup of coffee or tea without sugar

 

Day 3

 Breakfast

  • One Fruit ( watermelon, pear, peach, melon, orange, banana and grapes are not allowed)
  • One slice of Rusk
  • A cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch

  • One orange
  • One boiled egg
  • One yogurt
  • One cucumber or green salad

Dinner

  • 125 gr of cooked veal
  • One orange
  • One slice of rusk
  • A cup of coffee or tea without sugar

 

Day 4

Breakfast

  • One slice of Rusk
  • A cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch

  • 125 gr of cow cheese
  • One tomato
  • One slice of rusk

Dinner

  • 125 gr of cooked veal meat
  • Two tomatoes
  • An apple
  • One slice of rusk

 

Day 5

Breakfast

  • One Fruit ( Pear, orange, peach , melon , watermelon , banana and grapes are not allowed)
  • One slice of Rusk
  • A cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch

  • 200 gr of cooked veal meat or fish
  • One tomato
  • a slice of rusk

Dinner

  • ½ kg cooked vegetables ( carrots , peas , potato )
  • One boiled egg
  • One slice of rusk

 

Note

No diet for day 6 and day 7. During the diet, alcohol it’s not allowed. You wont have the JO-JO effect after the diet if you eat normally, except Mondays .

Monday diet menu :

Breakfast : a glass of lemon juice

Lunch : an apple and One slice of rusk

Diner : One boiled egg, one tomato and one slice of rusk
